Towards New Urban Volumes
Verform was born from a question: can architecture be both inquiry and answer? Founded by Mouaz Abudzaid, the studio grew from research into practice, from theory into built form. What began with Mouaz soon became a place for people to grow, share, and create together, a studio that evolved into a community. Over time, Verform expanded across three continents, with more than thirty architects working in three studios, each adding their voice to a collective vision. From Cairo to Dubai to Manila, every project contributes to our story, each one a dialogue with its people and its landscape.
The name Verform is made of two words: Ver and Form. Ver comes from Latin, meaning “the true.” This is our compass, our way of life, seeking the true form whenever we begin a project. Every line we draw and every space we shape carries this pursuit of truth, transforming ideas into places where people can live, gather, and grow. We are not only Verformers; we are also Reformers.
